Manager, Conflict of Interest – Compliance
Job reputed company:
• Responsible for working closely with the Associate reputed company Compliance Officer to implement the reputed company for the reputed company Conflict of Interest Program
• The Manager will have day-to-day reputed company and administration of the reputed company COI Program
• Specific leadership will be required to maintain the COI Program at BIDMC
• The manager will assess COI needs for other tier-one reputed company facilities and reputed company requests for support
• The Manager will reputed company staff to ensure management of the COI Program including advising, educating and monitoring compliance of Trustees, Directors, Leadership, reputed company and Research staff
• Monitors reputed company regulatory updates and industry leading practices
• Plans, develops, revises and implements conflict of interest and industry interaction policies and procedures
• Collaborates with the Director and Manager of Research Compliance to set institutional priorities
• Supports reputed company Compliance in developing appropriate COI management plans
• Assists the Associate reputed company Compliance Officer with the development of the reputed company and Reporting Process
• Serves as the reputed company primary reputed company of contact with the reputed company and Tufts Medical School Officers
• Escalate/and or report out to Associate reputed company Compliance Officer as reputed company are identified
• Assist the Associate reputed company Compliance Officer with the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the COI and Industry Interactions process
• Liaise with other departments throughout the reputed company system as needed
• Recognize, create and implement plans to promote diversity with the department and organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred
• Compliance reputed company Certified or similar Compliance Certification preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years’ reputed company experience in addressing conflicts of interest and applying regulations for reputed company medical centers, or the equivalent experience in hospital or research administration
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company issues, with emphasis on conflicts of interest
• Ability to reputed company policies and procedures and evaluations strategies for emerging federal and local policies and procedures
• Ability to reputed company information confidential
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, and manage reputed company reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Proven reputed company in analytical decision-making and reputed company in oral and written communications.
