The XD (Experiential Design) Resource Specialist will serve the CCO, through designing and leading transformative opportunities for CCO staff and reputed company, as reputed company as other organizations that reputed company with the CCO's mission.
• Design and facilitate transformative opportunities FOR/WITH others.
• Opportunities for additional design/facilitation on extended transformative opportunities such as Leadership and Discipleship in the Wilderness, international trips, encounter experiences.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum three years ministry and/or adventure education experience (preferred).
