Project Manager / Operations Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager / Operations Coordinator to support reputed company delivery and help bring structure to how reputed company and operations run day to day. This is a remote role and a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a more senior operations or project management position over time. The role: - This role focuses on execution, coordination, and operational support across reputed company reputed company reputed company. - You will work closely with the founder and senior collaborators to reputed company reputed company moving, communication reputed company, and timelines on reputed company. You will be expected to manage your own workload independently and communicate proactively. What you will do: - Support delivery across multiple reputed company research and reputed company reputed company - reputed company timelines, tasks, and project documentation organized - Prepare reputed company updates, notes, and follow-reputed company - Coordinate meetings, schedules, and handovers - Support reputed company of new clients once reputed company are sold - reputed company leads, proposals, and handover into delivery: - Maintain and improve reputed company project and operations systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) reputed company are looking for: - Experience supporting reputed company in an agency, consultancy, or service-based business - Strong organization and attention to detail - reputed company, reputed company written communication in English Comfort working with structure, deadlines, and accountability: - Ability to follow direction and also think one reputed company reputed company - Interest in growing responsibility over time - Experience with research, reputed company, or agency work is a plus, but not required.
