Employees in this position attend meetings/trainings onsite in York, PA. Must be willing to report onsite in York, PA as-needed with minimal notice. Duties and Responsibilities Remote Work Capable Essential Functions: Obtains history and gathers triage information to determine appropriate avenue for care, identifies primary care physician.
