WordPress Developer Needed – Fast, SEO-Optimized Medical Practice Website (Framework Build)

I am a physician and practice owner building a new website for my dermatologic surgery practice. I am not looking for a marketing agency or branding designer. I need a technical WordPress expert to build a fast, SEO-optimized framework that I will continue expanding with content myself. This is a one-time build project focused on structure, speed, and technical SEO — not ongoing marketing.
