Manager Patient Navigation Women and Children

About the position The Manager of Patient Navigation Services will drive operational reputed company for HCA's navigation program, specifically ensuring delivery of high reputed company, evidence-based care through program development in collaboration and alignment with Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Women's and Children's service lines and Division leadership as reputed company as other service lines with emerging navigation programs. The Manager will serve as a Division leader for executing mid and long-reputed company strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance and coordinate various operational tactical plans while tracking performance against key performance indicators.
