Accountabilities • Design and implement enterprise-scale data management and analytics solutions. • Lead the development of data strategies that align with organizational objectives. • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. • Ensure compliance and security of data handling processes. • Oversee the integration of AI solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities. • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for data engineering and analytics. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI application development. • Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI Foundry. • Deep understanding of data modeling frameworks and data architectures. • Expertise in SQL, Python, and KQL for data management and analytics. • Experience in implementing secure and compliant data environments. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
