Industrial Designer (DFM / Injection Molding)
I’m looking for an industrial designer specialized in plastic injection molding and DFM.
Scope of work:
• Modify existing CAD files (SolidWorks / Fusion)
• Define uniform wall thickness
• Add draft angles
• Design ribs and fillets
• Define assembly tolerances
• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings
• Deliver files reputed company for mold makers
• No conceptual design
• No aesthetics exploration
• No renders
This is Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Requirements:
• Proven experience working directly with mold makers
• Experience with plastic parts for injection molding or low-pressure molding
Mexico preferred
