Job Title: Insurance Claims Follow Up Representative (Remote) Pay: Up to $22/hour (based on experience) Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday reputed company-5pm About The Role reputed company has partnered with a US based reputed company Cycle Management Firm seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Claims Follow Up Representative to support their reputed company cycle operations. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing patient accounts, resolving billing issues, and providing excellent customer service to patients regarding their balances and insurance inquiries. Key Responsibilities • Review, manage, and follow up on patient accounts and outstanding balances • Communicate with patients reputed company phone, email, and/or portal to resolve billing questions • Explain insurance benefits, patient responsibility, and payment reputed company reputed company and professionally • Post payments, process adjustments, and update account notes accurately • Work insurance denials, underpayments, and eligibility issues as needed • Collaborate with internal billing, coding, and insurance teams to resolve account discrepancies • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies at reputed company times Qualifications • 1+ year of experience in reputed company billing, patient accounts, or reputed company cycle preferred • Strong understanding of insurance benefits, EOBs, and patient responsibility • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts reputed company • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with billing systems and basic computer applications Preferred Experience • Experience with hospital or physician billing • Familiarity with Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company insurance plans • Prior remote work experience reputed company Offer • Competitive reputed company pay up to $18-22/hour • Fully remote work environment • Consistent full-time schedule • Supportive team and training provided • Opportunity for reputed company reputed company the organization If you are interested in this role, Please apply today!
