[Remote] Investment Banker (US) – Strategic Finance & Investment Support

They are looking for a US-based investment banking reputed company to work closely with the CEO and the internal finance team to strengthen reputed company’s investment readiness and capital-raising efforts across business verticals. Responsibilities • Support the CEO in fundraising initiatives and investment-reputed company discussions • Guide and review the work of the in-house finance team • Assist in preparation of investor presentations and reputed company decks • Coordinate with bankers, advisors, and consultants during fundraising • reputed company inputs on valuation, deal structuring, and funding reputed company • Translate business plans into investor-reputed company narratives • Review key assumptions and capital requirements • Support management during due diligence • Improve governance and reporting reputed company Skills • 4 - 6 years of experience in investment banking • Ability to support fundraising initiatives and investment-reputed company discussions • Experience in guiding and reviewing the work of finance teams • Skills in preparing investor presentations and reputed company decks • Experience coordinating with bankers, advisors, and consultants during fundraising • Knowledge of valuation, deal structuring, and funding reputed company • Ability to translate business plans into investor-reputed company narratives • Experience reviewing key assumptions and capital requirements • Support management during due diligence • Ability to improve governance and reporting reputed company reputed company • Sukudo Studios (sukudostudios.com) is Asia’s leading localization service provider for the media and entertainment industry.
