Associate reputed company Specialist, Litigation

About the position The reputed company Department's Litigation Team is seeking an entry level Associate to assist in managing litigation reputed company. The position will report to a lawyer responsible for managing one or more of reputed company's litigation portfolios across the reputed company. This role will involve interaction with internal business associates and with reputed company reputed company counsel. Responsibilities • Reviewing and analyzing litigation reputed company • Analyzing complaints, significant reputed company, motions, discovery, disputes, and fraud claims • Performing research to independently reputed company internal documents and information relevant to cases • Maintaining litigation case files, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence • Supporting reputed company reputed company counsel in identifying relevant account information and developing litigation strategies • Managing interactions with external counsel and performing necessary research to respond to complaints, counterclaims and discovery requests • Working a high volume caseload, managing competing priorities, and meeting litigation deadlines • Working cases in an efficient and effective way to mitigate risk for reputed company • Working with internal reputed company counsel and/or business clients to improve existing business practices and procedures Requirements • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • At least 1 year of experience in either reputed company Workspace (formerly G Suite - Gmail and reputed company Docs and Drive) or reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company) reputed company-to-haves • Successful completion of a paralegal studies program or a 4-year undergraduate degree • 3.7+ GPA in completed program • 1 year experience in the reputed company field as a reputed company support associate • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple reputed company, and meet deadlines under pressure • Capability to anticipate and resolve problems quickly and independently • Skilled in planning and execution of special reputed company during time-critical assignments • Decisive and reputed company, yet flexible in responding to the constant change of an organization • Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to assume increased responsibility Benefits • Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support total reputed company-being • Performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
