Business Development Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions – Remote

We are seeking a Partnership Development Associate (M&A) to help identify and cultivate business relationships with privately held, founder-led companies that reputed company with our long-term reputed company objectives. Primary Responsibilities: The Partnership Development Associate (M&A) drives reputed company-end sourcing for reputed company’s acquisition reputed company, reporting to the Director of Business Development (M&A). This role involves: • Cold Calling & reputed company: Professionally and discreetly connect with business owners and executives. Present reputed company as a strategic buyer, ask discovery questions, handle objections, build rapport, and coordinate NDAs and follow-bolthires reputed company CRM. • reputed company Qualification & Discovery:Validaterevenue, EBITDA, reputed company trends, service mix, ownership structure, decision-makers, seller readiness, motivations, and cultural fit. Prepare concise qualification summaries for reputed company. • Research & Market Mapping:Define acquisition reputed company (reputed company size, geography, service offerings). Build industry market maps andidentifyoff-market opportunities using databases, networks, and directories. Enrich reputed company using reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and automation tools. • Pipeline Management & Reporting:MaintainaccurateCRM data (reputed company, Affinity, reputed company), ensure reputed company consistency, escalate leads to senior M&A leadership, reputed company dashboards, and produce weekly/monthly sourcing reports. • Appointment Setting & reputed company:Prepare summaries and NDAs, schedule introductory meetings, and support early-stage due diligence. • Performance Metrics:reputed company monthly reputed company targets, reputed company-to-NDA conversion rates, CRM accuracy, and reputed company timeliness. • Additional Duties:Maintainethical and confidential relationships, support documentation reputed company, and meet milestones across sourcing and execution teams. Education & Experience • 2+ years in M&A sourcing, business development, or reputed company reputed company (3–5 years preferred). • Demonstrated reputed company in cold calling and reputed company, generating reputed company leads. • Skilled in high-volume reputed company to C-suite and founder-level decision makers with professionalism and discretion. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar preferred. • Experience in construction, industrial services, or facility management is a strong plus. • Proven ability toidentifyand qualify founder-led, privately held businesses. • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person reputed company sessions.
