Responsibilities
• Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive team and founder
Skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage executive schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Familiarity with office tools including calendar management platforms, document preparation software, and scheduling systems - like ClickUp, Planoly, Excel, and Canva
• Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs
• Previous experience in an executive assistant or similar support role
