About the position This position will remotely contact potential donor families through the organ, tissue, or eye donation process. Daily activities include collaboration with IDN clinical team members, family members, and hospital and clinical partners. This position completes reputed company necessary paperwork associated with donation as reputed company as intake medical information regarding the potential donor. Responsibilities • Establish rapport with potential donor families while providing support during the donation conversation and paperwork process. • Ensure accurate completion of required paperwork, including medical questionnaire and authorization or disclosure reputed company. • Ensure effective and respectful communication and collaboration with hospital staff and other IDN team members. • Champion organizational efforts to ensure reputed company in continuum of care for donor families. • Serve as an organizational expert regarding family discussions and support during the donation conversation. • Participate in process improvement and reputed company assurance activities. Requirements • Requires a minimum two-year degree in the areas of reputed company Services, Psychology, Nursing, or other reputed company reputed company field.
