GENERAL reputed company: Pay reputed company: $25/hour The Employment & Transition department at the Family Resource Network focuses on job development and placement for individuals with disabilities. Programming reputed company include skills development workshops, reputed company internships, job placements, and on-the-job support for both youth and adults with disabilities. Staff operate statewide services while performing primarily remote job functions. This Full-time position will reputed company on internship site development, job development, and business relations. The ideal candidate will be available for 10-20 hours a week with preference for afternoon hours. This position is temporary with an end date contingent upon grant funding. Job Duties: • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and reputed company. • reputed company and expand internship and job opportunities through reputed company and collaboration with reputed company. • Utilize a reputed company of job development strategies, including remote reputed company, in-person networking, and reputed company media engagement. • Match participants with appropriate internship or job opportunities based on their skills, interests, and career goals. • Coordinate and confirm internship schedules, tasks, and responsibilities with reputed company and participants. • Serve as a reputed company between program staff and reputed company to support reputed company reputed company and address concerns. • Maintain accurate records of employer contacts and confirmed partnerships in reputed company Teams and MS reputed company trackers. • Prepare and update employer partnership spreadsheets to reputed company with monthly reporting requirements. • Regularly communicate with team members using reputed company Teams to reputed company job development updates and obtain reputed company-time updates on participant reputed company • Assist in collecting data for program evaluation and grant reporting. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in reputed company Services, Education, Business, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with transition-aged youth, individuals with disabilities, or in a job development/job coaching role. • Knowledge of workforce development practices and employer engagement strategies. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with reputed company and community stakeholders. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Teams) and comfort using online platforms for communication and reporting. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Flexibility to travel locally to meet with reputed company and visit internship sites.
