**Job Responsibilities**

* Assessing candidate qualifications for loans

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Excellent customer service skills
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications**
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
