**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

* Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
