We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a bilingual representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. - Provide customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home with a reliable internet connection
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills
- Hardware Requirements: A desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:
- Operating System: Windows 10+
- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Internet Requirements: A DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with speeds of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
