We're proud to be a part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and community involvement. **Responsibilities** As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment **Requirements** * Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment **Benefits** As an arenaflex associate, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Company contributions to your HSA * 6% match on 401(k) * Paid time off and work-life balance * Onsite dining facility offering complimentary breakfast and lunch * Fitness center and onsite medical center * Variety of sports and social leagues to participate in after work * Volunteering initiatives through our Associate Foundation **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
