As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a skilled communicator, a gaming enthusiast, or simply someone who loves online interactions, this role is perfect for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support * Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive business results * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Work from home, requiring a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Kansas * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer service, gaming, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong gaming background, with experience in online multiplayer games * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong typing skills (35 WPM minimum, 40 and above preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes * Strong gaming background, with experience in online multiplayer games **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
