**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. **Responsibilities**
* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls
* Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
* Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Qualifications**
* Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-oriented and compassionate
* Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
* Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills

* Attention to detail
* Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
