**Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. This project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication
* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach, providing valuable insights to drive business growth
* Work closely with the team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, meeting goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Provide effective problem resolution through clear and concise communication (via phone and email)
* Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and receiving guidance from supervisors
