**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming telephone calls immediately using our signature greeting, ensuring a warm and welcoming tone that sets the stage for an exceptional guest experience.
* Assisting customers verbally in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner, using our 10 Steps to Efficient Phone Service to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
* Clearly writing down any customer orders using our proper notation and order form, requesting all pertinent information to ensure accurate and complete orders.
* Entering all take-out and delivery orders into our POS system accurately and completely, ensuring seamless execution of orders.
* Preparing any pizza boxes necessary for all take-out and delivery orders, maintaining our high standards of presentation and appearance.
* Knowledgeable on our Swirl Rewards program, signing up guests and promoting our loyalty program to drive repeat business.
* Maintaining a clean, stocked, and sanitized take-out and/or delivery area and all related equipment, adhering to our strict food safety and sanitation standards.
* Knowing and upholding proper safe food handling, safety, and sanitation standards when preparing and serving food, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
* Maintaining an accurate record of all cash register transactions, including securing cash, processing credit card receipts, and entering tips.
* Assisting in the training of new employees, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Providing support services to co-workers as the flow of business dictates, demonstrating a team-oriented approach to delivering exceptional service.
* Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager, including store-specific opening, closing, and side work procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Some secondary education
* Entry-level position
* Must be at least 16 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to speak English fluently
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and to perform in a stressful environment
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to accurately, quickly, and simultaneously perform multiple tasks
* Basic computer operating skills
* Ability to quickly and accurately count money and give correct change. Strong math and excellent money handling skills
* Stamina to stand up to 5 hours at a time
* Ability to lift, bend, and stoop. Strength to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs
* Ability to read
* Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation issues
* Ability to use a standard business telephone in a professional manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex menu, policies, preparation, and presentation standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
