Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, and provide personalized support and guidance
  • Document and track contacts with clients, suppliers, and plan supporters
  • Make a deep connection with our clients by understanding and engaging them to the fullest, supporting their best health and well-being
  • Take ownership to understand the client's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the client
  • Provide client-related information to answer unasked questions, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, client self-service tools, and more
  • Explain client rights and certain limitations as per contract

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Client support experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
  • Experience in a production environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work a second or third shift schedule, with a commitment to either a second shift or third shift plan
