Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. As a Call Center Representative, you will work under direct supervision, adhering to established guidelines, protocols, and procedures to ensure seamless operations. Your primary objectives will include processing new patient enrollments, handling patient medication requests, investigating missing prescription information, and resolving third-party rejections. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize arenaflex's data entry procedures and rules to process new patient enrollments, entering information into the appropriate system.
- Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing prescription information, and resolve third-party rejections in accordance with established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via inbound calls, visits, messages, and outbound calls to resolve issues and provide support.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, both in-office and remote, to provide assistance and resolve issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's policies and procedures.
- Acquire and maintain a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days of employment and throughout the tenure.
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down the computer, using the mouse, and navigating programs.
- Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using search engines, bookmarking pages, and completing online forms.
- Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) and the ability to type by memory.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum age of 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will enhance your candidacy:
- At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state, as conferred by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and the ability to type by memory.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
