Position Overview: The Heart of Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Operating in an inbound call center environment, you'll handle approximately 80-100 calls daily, addressing a range of credit card-related issues such as payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. Your role involves adhering to performance metrics, delivering high-quality customer service, and escalating complex scenarios to the 2nd tier level of support when needed. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in making every customer interaction not just satisfactory but truly exceptional.

Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills Shine

  • Assist customers with credit card profiles and various card-related issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Handle an average of 80-100 inbound calls per day, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer-centric approach in every interaction.
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, quality of service, and attendance, continuously striving for improvement and excellence.
  • Escalate complex scenarios to the 2nd tier level of support for resolution, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed comprehensively and efficiently.

Qualifications: The Foundation of Success

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced environments.
  • 6+ months of call center experience, with familiarity with inbound call handling and performance metrics.
  • Financial services/banking experience is a plus, though not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and email correspondence experience, with proficiency in using technology to enhance customer interactions and workflow efficiency.
