About the Job

As a remote customer service and payment collection representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You will work closely with our management team to receive feedback and coaching on how to improve your performance and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
