We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

• Issue vouchers as reputed company as reputed company contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh

• Work jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers

• Accept, reputed company, and label passengers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintain schedule of flight boarding process

• Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at counters in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage handling at ticket counters
• Line queues at ticket counter stands and ticket counters

• Accept and reputed company passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations

Essential Qualifications
