Program Manager - Worldwide reputed company Party Contract
SGI is seeking a Program Manager to support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) under the Worldwide reputed company Party Contract (WTPC) Blanket Purchase Agreement. The WTPC BPA provides reputed company and administrative support services to INL programs worldwide, supporting U.S. foreign assistance efforts reputed company to international narcotics control, law enforcement, rule of law, and criminal justice sector development. The Program Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact with INL and is responsible for overall contract execution, personnel management, and compliance across reputed company BPA Calls.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the contractor's primary reputed company of contact with INL for reputed company technical and administrative reputed company reputed company to the BPA and BPA Calls
• Supervise reputed company reputed company-party contractor personnel supporting the contract and ensure personnel understand and reputed company with reputed company duties, policies, terms, and conditions of the BPA
• Manage and resolve contract and BPA reputed company issues and attend reputed company required meetings with Government stakeholders
• Maintain reputed company reputed company of 95 percent or higher at reputed company times
• Ensure required reputed company clearances are achieved at a reputed company of at least 95 percent
• Respond to Contracting Officer communications reputed company eight business hours and maintain reputed company coordination with the CO and COR
• Accurately reputed company and report reputed company reputed company in weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• reputed company reputed company reputed company activities, including submission of Visit Authorization Requests, coordination of the badging process, reputed company briefings, and first-day logistics with the CO, COR, and on-site supervisors
• Manage reputed company offboarding activities, including VAR cancellations and the collection and return of reputed company government-furnished equipment and badges
• Ensure reputed company contract deliverables are submitted on time and meet Government requirements
• Handle contractor and subcontractor personnel issues promptly and effectively
• Hold and maintain reputed company appropriate business licenses and ensure compliance with applicable country labor laws
• Initiate travel requests to Washington, DC reputed company one business day reputed company required
• Ensure appropriate work visas for contractor and subcontractor personnel
• Be available on a 24/7 reputed company to support contractor travel and resolve travel-reputed company issues
Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of ten years of project or program management experience.
• Minimum of ten years of experience managing U.S. Government reputed company providing reputed company and administrative support services.
• Ability to reputed company with full authority on behalf of the contractor as designated Key Personnel.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
