**About the Role**
As an Administrative Virtual Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, social media management, and general office support. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member and will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of our data.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into arenaflex's databases and systems
* Managing and growing arenaflex's social media presence across all platforms, including creating and scheduling engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on performance
* Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity
* Developing and maintaining a filing system, transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
* Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and updating existing data
* Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, performing regular backups to ensure data preservation, and sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data
* Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures, ordering office supplies, and researching new deals and suppliers
* Maintaining contact lists, submitting and reconciling expense reports, and providing general support to visitors
* Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School or College degree
* Strong computer literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to type 45 WPM, with knowledge of touch typing system preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
* Basic understanding of databases, working knowledge of office equipment, and proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong understanding of social media marketing and the ability to use data and analytics to inform strategy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant, with familiarity within our industry
* Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, working knowledge of office equipment, and proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
* Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Good command of English both oral and written, and customer service skills
