Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Analyst - Workday Data Migrations to join our team. As a Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining and driving solutions within our HR and Finance Workday team. Your expertise will impact our daily business operations and data migration processes, ensuring seamless integration and effective accomplishment of targets. You will collaborate with our Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the system's functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
• Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise
• Stay up-to-date with current developments within their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Evaluate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures
• Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency to keep moving
• Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction
• Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
• May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Strong knowledge of technical environments
• Strong knowledge of software development approaches
• Skilled in collaborating, communicating, and negotiating in working with different Teams and/or external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to navigate, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical specifications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse work streams/tasks
