Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. You will also be responsible for reconciling transactions, processing returns activity, and performing analysis of complex and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities
- Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Perform analysis of complex/escalated issues and conduct testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
- Complete projects in trading, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor profiles
- Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Interact with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
Duties Analysis
- Review of subscription deals or transfer requests
- Client/advisor amount exceptions
- Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of corporate, dividend, and transactions breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and fund companies
- Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
Troubleshooting
- Internal/external system improvements or issues
- Root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the fund, etc.
- Providing method or technology solution alternatives to management
- Remediating transfer issues with the fund or counterparties
- Responding to business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on alternative investment moves to expedite client requests or remediate outstanding issues
