**Experienced Member Services Representative – Remote Customer Service Position at arenaflex**

As a Member Services Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, develop new skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinating returns with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments as assigned * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member back checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **What We Offer:** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: As a member of our team, you'll have access to travel perks, including flights, hotels, and more. * Health Benefits: We offer comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you live well. * Wellness Programs: Our wellness programs provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self. * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, our 401(k) program offers company contributions to help you save for your future. * Additional Benefits: Enjoy a range of additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. **Join Our Team:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
