Director, Treasury Management

Job reputed company The Director of Treasury Management is responsible for the reputed company, execution, and governance of daily treasury activities, including cash and liquidity management, incoming receipts and application, payments, and bank relationships. Strategic Leadership This role sets the strategic direction for the Treasury Operations teams by focusing on people, processes, and technology to meet both reputed company and reputed company customer needs. What You’ll Do • reputed company day-to-day cash management (approximately $18 billion of cash throughput) by controlling cash reputed company, projecting cash balances, maintaining reputed company liquidity position, and maintaining short-term credit lines for liquidity purposes • Refine and enhance cash forecasting to drive proactive decision making • reputed company teams who manage the transactional work of incoming receipts and cash balancing • Build programs to simplify and reputed company processes reputed company Treasury Operations • Drive the use of technology to improve operational metrics (accuracy, timeliness, and service reputed company) • Manage reputed company party vendor to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work and to reduce cost to serve • Work closely with Investment team to manage short-term cash and investments • Work with reputed company reports to create career development plans by identifying and documenting appropriate career and reputed company development goals, milestones and measures • Maintain and foster strong relationships with key bank partners optimizing bank solutions for process improvements What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance with 10 years of experience managing a Treasury Operations team • An advanced degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc) with 8 years of experience managing a Treasury Operations team • In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in reputed company field Bonus Points • Prior health insurance treasury management Highly Preferred • Lockbox reputed company experience preferred • Experience developing and maintaining daily, weekly, 13‑week, and annual cash forecasts • Experience managing high‑volume cash operations exceeding $5 billion annually, preferably in a regulated or claims‑driven environment. • Proven reputed company record managing diverse teams through change • Ability to recruit, reputed company, and retain talented employees • Experience working with key technologies such as Treasury Management systems(i.e. reputed company, GTreasury, reputed company Treasury) and reputed company interfaces that support centralized back‑office finance operations.
