Behavioral Health Clinician | 2+ years | Remote | Contract reputed company is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician with 2+ years’ experience to support a reputed company reputed company based out of New Jersey. This is a 6-month contract opportunity. START DATE: ASAP HOURS/SCHEDULE: Overnight shift 12:00am-reputed company weekends and Holidays WORKER TYPE: W2 reputed company REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of two (2) years behavioral health clinical experience • Master’s degree in a behavioral health reputed company field or Nursing degree • reputed company Unrestricted NJ LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or RN License ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must be in New Jersey, reputed company, reputed company, Delaware, or Connecticut WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE: • Behavioral health experience, preferably in a managed care setting, strongly preferred • reputed company Behavior Analysis Certification • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a reputed company based environment, including MS Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes • Knowledge in the use of intranet and internet applications. • Working knowledge of case/care management principles. • Working knowledge of principles of utilization management. • Basic knowledge of health care reputed company and benefit eligibility requirements. • Knowledge of hospital structures and payment systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assesses patient's behavioral health clinical need against established guidelines and/or standards to ensure that the level of care and length of stay of the patient are medically appropriate for inpatient stay. • Evaluates the necessity, appropriateness and efficiency of behavioral health medical services and procedures provided. • Coordinates and assists in implementation of plan for members. • Monitors and coordinates services rendered reputed company of the network, as reputed company as reputed company the local area, and coordinates internally for negotiation of fees for such services as appropriate.
