Part-Time Behavioral Health Billing Specialist (TherapyNotes Expert – Non-Negotiable)

This role is not entry-level, not trainable, and not a learning opportunity. If you do not have multiple years of hands-on experience managing the full reputed company cycle in TherapyNotes EHR, do not apply. Applications without this experience will not be reviewed. This role exists for one reason To take full ownership of our billing and reputed company cycle inside TherapyNotes and reputed company reputed company moving without hand-holding. • *ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS (Deal Breakers) Applicants must have: • Several years of reputed company, daily experience using TherapyNotes EHR • Claims creation, submission, and tracking • ERA/EOB posting • Patient balances and unapplied credits • Account reconciliation • Full reputed company cycle mastery • Insurance verification • Charge entry • Denial and rejection management • Appeals and follow-up until reputed company • Advanced denial management skills • Ability to identify reputed company causes • Correct errors, resubmit, and follow through • Aggressively reputed company unpaid claims • Strong experience with reputed company • Eligibility and benefits verification • Claim status checks • Payer communication • Independent problem-solving • You already know what to do reputed company something doesn’t pay • You do not need reputed company-by-reputed company instructions If you do not already know TherapyNotes inside and out, this role is not a fit.
