COO Coach / Operations Architect (AI + EOS + Integrator Experience Required)

We are ready to go to the next level. We want to double our firm. But we know we cannot scale without the right infrastructure. We are a 30+ person remote accounting and tax firm, and we are growing fast. But growth without structure creates friction — and we refuse to scale chaotically. We are looking for a high-level COO coach / operations architect who can help us build the operational backbone required to double this firm the right way. This is strategic operational leadership. What We Need: • Full audit of our current operations • Creation and refinement of SOPs across all departments • A complete Operations Manual / Team Handbook • Clear accountability chart and reporting structure • Defined sales targets and KPI dashboards • Marketing department systems and performance tracking • Team training structure and employee development plans • HR documentation, onboarding systems, compliance • Mission, Vision, Core Values refinement • Culture development for a high-performance remote team • AI automation integration across workflows • Strong experience with Asana and operational systems • EOS / Integrator experience strongly preferred • Accounting or tax industry experience is a major plus Engagement Structure: • 3–4 hours per week reviewing systems and sharing templates • 2–4 hours per week live strategy calls • Direct collaboration with the Owner/CEO and our part-time Operations Manager • You will not manage team members directly • Our Operations Manager executes based on your direction We want someone who can identify what truly matters, prioritize correctly, and build the infrastructure required for sustainable scale.
