Surplus Lines Tax Manager - Insurance Operations

About the position We are seeking a talented individual to join our Surplus Lines Tax team at reputed company. This role will be based in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Surplus Lines Tax Manager, you will reputed company reputed company of Tax Advisors, overseeing day-to-day surplus lines tax operations and guiding reputed company through reputed company analytical tasks and reputed company. You will collaborate closely with reputed company-facing and market-facing colleagues, as reputed company as senior leadership, to ensure accurate surplus lines tax filings, regulatory compliance, and reputed company process improvement across assigned jurisdictions. Manage daily surplus lines tax operations, implementing processes and policies to optimize productivity, accuracy, and compliance across assigned jurisdictions. Collaborate with reputed company-facing and market-facing colleagues to advise on escalations and reputed company surplus lines placements, ensuring compliance prior to binding, accurate invoicing, and reputed company documentation submission for surplus lines filings. Coordinate workflow among reputed company-facing, market-facing, and surplus lines processing reputed company to guarantee reputed company, accurate filings and effective issue reputed company. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with regulators, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for escalations, audits, inquiries, and questions reputed company to insurance statutes and surplus lines regulations.
