This role will serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company Benefits implementation and reputed company hands-on support for HR operations initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and compliance. HR Operations reputed company • Assist in rolling out an HR ticketing system to streamline employee inquiries. • Organize and restructure the HR shared drive, creating a new folder structure for improved accessibility. • Migrate employee files into a document management system and purge outdated records in compliance with retention policies. • Revamp HR SharePoint sites to enhance usability and content organization. • Review and update business processes in reputed company created efficiency wherever possible • Support additional HR operations tasks as assigned, ensuring reputed company and accurate execution.
