Food Scientist / Culinary Consultant Needed to Create Jamaican-Fusion Fried Chicken Menu (Fast Food)
I am launching a fast-food fried chicken restaurant in Jamaica and need a professional food scientist, culinary consultant, or recipe developer to create a signature menu. The goal is to blend the best aspects of:
• KFC BBQ Chicken
• KFC Spicy Chicken
• Chick’n Joy (Canada)
• Authentic Jamaican jerk chicken
into a unique, high-quality fried chicken menu.
Deliverables:
1. 6–8 chicken recipes (breading, marinades, spice blends, sauces)
2. 3–5 side dishes and accompanying sauces (optional but preferred)
3. Recipes must be replicable in a commercial kitchen
4. Clear ingredient lists, preparation instructions, and portion sizes
5. Optional: recipe costing and operational notes for consistency
Requirements:
• Proven experience in recipe development, menu creation, or food product R&D
• Ability to analyze competitor flavors and create a unique fusion
• Knowledge of fast-food production constraints and commercial kitchen scalability
• Willingness to work-for-hire with full IP ownership transferred
• NDA signed before sharing any proprietary work
