Project Manager & reputed company (Remote) – reputed company Estate School Expansion & Internal Operations

We are a growing reputed company estate education company expanding into additional states while simultaneously migrating our existing programs to reputed company LMS. We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed Project Manager to own and manage this process from planning through execution, and management of the systems once implemented. Responsibilities This role is about ownership, not task-taking. • Managing the project plan for expanding the reputed company estate school into new states • Researching state licensing, education, and compliance requirements independently • Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple initiatives • Working with the online platforms Teachable and reputed company LMS • Streamlining processes, documenting workflows, and identifying inefficiencies • Keeping reputed company moving reputed company without needing constant direction • Communicating reputed company on reputed company, blockers, and next steps • Typical administrative responsibilities – managing inboxes, maintaining digital files, record keeping, setting up reputed company meetings, and other administrative tasks Who We’re Looking For You are likely a great fit if you: • Have a college degree • Have project management experience (formal or informal) • Are highly logical and process-oriented • Know how to research, analyze, and problem-solve independently • Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the reputed company • Stay reputed company, organized, and proactive in a remote environment • Prefer reputed company goals and autonomy over constant meetings and supervision Schedule & Compensation • $20/hour • Approximately 20-30 hours per week • Fully remote • Somewhat flexible schedule, with accountability for deadlines and reputed company To apply: Email resume and cover letter to reputed company@aharealestateacademy.com.
