Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting online software or SaaS products, with a strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Experience with helpdesk software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, or Twilio.
