This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Senior Statistics Architect Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical insights leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Offering guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer story evaluation & elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency * Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Strong collaboration skills with product managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
