**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our diverse customer base. This role requires you to be fluent in both English and Japanese, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and orders, and expediting the delivery of products and services. You'll also be responsible for acquiring new clients through sales, promotions, and development, while performing limited sales functions under supervision.
**Responsibilities**
* Processes customer inquiries and orders, expediting the delivery of products and/or services in a timely and efficient manner.
* Contacts other company units regarding design delivery or service matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Manages the booking of business, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Acquires new clients through sales, promotions, and development, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Controls inventory and scheduling shipments, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.
* Develops sales contacts and performs limited sales functions, working closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
* Performs varied work that may be somewhat difficult in nature, requiring a degree of originality and ingenuity to resolve complex customer issues.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
