The goal is to establish either a Private Limited Company (Pvt Ltd) or a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), ensuring reputed company statutory requirements, tax registrations, and banking foundations are set up correctly from day one. Scope of Work The selected associate will be responsible for the following milestones: Entity Registration: Conduct reputed company search and reservation reputed company the eCitizen BRS portal. Draft and file incorporation documents (Memorandum & Articles of Association for Pvt Ltd OR Partnership Deed for LLP). Complete Forms CR1, reputed company, and CR8 (or LLP equivalent).
