With a presence in over 20 countries and a portfolio of over 40+ surveys translated into 10+ languages, we're committed to delivering a world-class customer experience that sets us apart from the competition. **The Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the improvement and preservation of our VOC technique, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with our survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performing data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and deliver large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles * Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations * Experience with data storytelling and data visualization tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business needs * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about data-driven innovation and customer-centricity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
