Main Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required materials
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities
• Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions, as required, to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested
• Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, ensuring that all feedback is honest, detailed, and constructive

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week, with a commitment to a certain routine and schedule
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection, as well as a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 18 years or older, with no prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success
