Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant, Global Equity, to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. As a remote, full-time team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans, managing transactions, and providing stakeholder support. Key Responsibilities

  • Audit & Compliance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans, and review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
  • Transaction & Reporting: Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases, produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, and maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders, and assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a strong foundation in areas such as business, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus, with familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) being beneficial.
  • Key Skills & Attributes: Attention to detail, clear and effective communication skills, analytical ability, technical aptitude, and a customer-focused approach, with a strong interest in ensuring data accuracy and operational compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough data analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude, with a willingness to learn and use new systems and software, especially HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and operational compliance.
