Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A 2-year Associate's degree or a 4-year College degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in chat support is strongly preferred, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms being a significant advantage.
  • Patient and compassionate, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and users.
