Clinical Project Manager

Project OverviewThis project focuses on implementing reputed company, a comprehensive electronic medical record (EMR) and reputed company cycle management system, across a large health system and its newly acquired hospital network. The work includes transitioning from the reputed company Cerner platform to reputed company, integrating approximately 250 applications, and ensuring seamless operations following the system migration.Additionally, the project includes exiting an existing Transition Services Agreement (TSA) with a former technology services provider. This requires moving reputed company supported applications and systems to the organization’s internal infrastructure.
